Description:

Bought the upgrade, but when I downloaded the program it came up with

Error 3001
Desc: Invalid Argument
Location: DDI Form_Load

What do I do now? Program will not open.

Solution:

I used teamviewer to remote in to the customer and deleted the /documents/stattrak address manager/options.mdb file, then restarted. This resolved the problem.
